Trashure Haat is not us; it’s all of us

Once your payment is processed you’ll receive a confirmation via email that your payment is successful. You also receive an order confirmation number in the same email from Trashure Haat.

Unfortunately, we do not offer COD at the moment and take only prepaid orders. However, we will launch this feature very soon.

Once the order is packed and dispatched from our vendor’s site, you will receive an email intimating you about the same and order tracking link. 

Also you can visit the Track Order page and enter your Order ID and Billing Email to track your order.

We try to deliver the order within 7-10 days from the day the order was placed. However, some orders need to be produced fresh as soon as you place an order with us and that might delay the shipping. We’ll keep you updated and ensure you receive the order asap. 

Since you’ve come across Trashure Haat, we believe yours and our core mission is to care for the environment and consider its betterment in every step we take at Trashure Haat.

You can’t disagree that the online retail returns result in increased carbon footprint. However, we really apologize in case you received any damaged product and Trashure Haat will accept returns in such cases as long as a request to return is received by us through email within 48 hours of receipt of the item and is returned to us in original packaging and unused. 

After scrutinizing the return request, return pickup is arranged and new product will be dispatched as replacement once the defective product reaches us. We will keep you updated through email.
Note:

1. No refunds are processed but only defective products are exchanged with new one.
2. We believe in consuming mindfully, rather than impulse buys. We urge you to rethink your purchases before making them.

We encourage the principles of Reduce, Reuse and Recycle and the same goes with most of our Trashurer partners who are working continuously towards eco-friendly packaging for the products – biodegradable, reusable etc. to the maximum possible extent.
P.S. Please don’t mind if you receive your product in some old packaging. Nevertheless, we strive to get your order delivered without any damage but with a pinch of sense of responsibility towards the environment.

Most of the products you see are handmade and not mass produced. Upcycling and Recycling are both labor intensive processes. Trash to Treasure journey takes a lot of sorting, processing, embroidering and design cost to make all this come together in a good looking collection. It is tedious but great for the environment as it reduces extra pressure on our resources to make fresh material and reduces waste in our landfills which sit there to release more harmful gases back into our environment.

As a small conscious community we do whatever possible in our capacity to make our products more cost effective. This is a long term race which we all have to win together but till then producing smaller quantities comes at a cost.

Each piece looks similar if not the same. Most of the products are handcrafted and made out of some sort of waste. Every piece is unique in itself. But that doesn’t change the product as a whole and only slight variations in the shade or print of the products can be expected.

This segment is such that mass production doesn’t happen. With zero waste our partners only work to recycle/upcycle the waste, so collection lasts till waste lasts.
